Richard Berman, CEO
Richard Berman is a multi-faceted entrepreneur, innovative real estate developer and successful business leader in western Canada. Through Boulevard Investments, he has been redefining the urban landscape in North America for over three decades. As the founder and president of The Berman Group, he has become a recognized visionary in the real estate industry; with profound experience providing in depth knowledge regarding property development for single family, multi family, commercial real estate and land development.
Richard’s expertise ranges from site acquisition to project completion, while establishing and maintaining cross functional and diverse teams at all levels. His extensive portfolio has garnered media attention regarding his wealth of experience. He has created unprecedented opportunities in the residential and commercial markets in Vancouver, Calgary, and Phoenix.

Glen Verbaan, CFO
Glen Verbaan is a born and raised Albertan, with an extensive career in the oil and gas industry. He currently serves as Vice President of Terra-Sine Resources Ltd. a company he and his partner acquired in 2014. With over three decades of expertise in the oil and gas industry, Glen’s diverse experience reaches across a broad range of areas including project management, operations, government affairs (regulatory), Indigenous relations, environmental,
personnel management, equipment, logistics, vendor relations, and client engagement.
Glen began his career in oil and gas with Eagle Surveys Ltd in 1988, where he spent 10 years taking on increasingly senior roles and responsibilities, culminating in his role as a senior surveyor. In 1998 he founded Sundance Enterprises, providing survey crews to the oil and gas sector. In 2007 Sundance joined forces with Seisline Resource Services Ltd. a major oilfield
construction company, in which Glen held various positions. All of this led to his role as General Manager with Seisline, which he left in 2014 to take over Terra-Sine. Since then, Terra-Sine has enjoyed continued growth and success. Under Glen’s stewardship TSR has become an industry leading project management company.
In addition to sitting on several industry committees, Glen is a two-time director of the Canadian Association of Geophysical Contractors (CAGC), contributing his leadership and industry insight.
Lambros Tsaprailis, CGO
Mr. Tsaprailis attended the Université de la Paris-Sorbonne, in Paris, France during 1993-1994, where he studied French History. Returning to Canada in 1994, Mr. Tsaprailis received his Diploma from SAIT Polytechnic (Southern Alberta Institute of Technology) in Business Administration with a minor in Small Business Ventures and Finance in 1996. In 2003, Mr. Tsaprailis left his family’s hospitality business and joined Unity Builders Group, a large volume home builder and developer, also based in Calgary, Alberta. He worked in the capacity of Area Sales Manager and was promoted to Director of Sales in 2007, managing a sales team of over 25 people and a sales budget of $250 million annually. Mr. Tsaprailis’ extensive knowledge and leadership in sales and marketing was fundamental to the success of his teams, as they attained – and surpassed – their goals while hitting budgets and targets.
Since 2011, Mr. Tsaprailis has been involved in Private Equity and Venture Capital, funding start-ups and helping management teams execute on their business plans. He is a co-founder/partner of the Fedilus Group of Companies, which has evolved into Zyng Corp, a financial technology company that provides financial services to customers throughout North America. Mr. Tsaprailis has updated his education by attending a comprehensive oil and gas analysis course taught by Sproule Associates, the Canadian Securities Course offered at the Canadian Securities Institute, and was previously certified by the Investment Funds Institute of Canada as an Exempt Market Investment Advisor.
Furthermore, Mr. Tsaprailis is the principal and President/CEO of Tsaprailis Investments Ltd., a family-owned investment company invested in various business ventures and acts as a consultant and advisor to public and private companies throughout North America and Europe. Lambros’ vast business and investor network, a keen eye for details and deadlines is a natural dynamo for The Metropolitan Group vision for Business Development initiatives.
Linda Bakken, Controller
Linda has an extensive background in marketing, administration, and business development across multiple business sectors. She has worked with companies in the legal, automotive, personnel, storage and storage systems, oil field services, convention centres, aerospace, art centres and music sectors. Her focus has been on the development and implementation of budgeting, database management and development of identification standards.
Her marketing background includes advertising and marketing programs, public relations, corporate websites, video production, event and conference production management as well as sponsorship. She has also created client retention programs and infrastructure architecture for small to medium sized
businesses.
